EPB-P-O.G Series Pressure Jet Burner
Short description
EPB pressure jet burner is available in three models: two-nozzle, mechanical modular and modular with combustion control system. This burner is used for installation on fire tube steam boilers, hot water, hot oil and drying ovens, which have a quarter capacity of 220 to 2930 KW.

-Two-way EPB-O.G: For installation on fire tube boilers, hot water and hot oil and drying ovens with a maximum of 0.7 to 3MW. These burners operate in two modes, LOW and High, and have two separate nozzles with different capacities. The control system of these burners is through the Satronic relay and the LKS310 damper.
2-Modular EPB-M-O.G: Burners with a mechanical modular system for installation on hot water and hot oil boilers and drying ovens with a maximum power of 0.7 to 3MW. These burners are single-nozzle and the flame rate is variable based on the back pressure control. These burners can use gas, diesel and fuel oil fuels, which must be added to a fuel oil preheater. This burner can be operated with the Honeywell damper system and the LFL relay.
3- Modular BT300: EPB-P-O.G: BT300 The BT300 control system is a useful combination of several control systems, including fuel and air rate adjustment that supports up to three actuators, and also using analog output add-on modules to command and control the fan electric motor drive (variable speed air fan system), leak test control system, flame monitoring system, automatic burner load control system, additional air rate correction system using O2/CO analyzer, among the systems that can be controlled easily and without errors using the BT300 comprehensive combustion control system. The automatic fault detection system includes error codes and a brief description of the cause of the error, which helps to eliminate the error as soon as possible. The BT300 control system is designed for direct installation on low-capacity burners. Reduced wiring saves installation time and costs.
