Before buying a boiler, for the proper selection of burners and valves Arak Ishtaal Industrial Engineering Company is ready to provide free consultation
In the images you can see projects that have been launched with the ERD burner.
As mentioned, these burners can be designed to fit the boiler space and existing facilities. As can be seen in the images of the Kaleh Iraq, Golkaam Tabriz and Varag Karton Tabriz projects, the burners are positioned at a 90-degree angle in different environments and weather conditions. This product can be installed, launched and operated in different weather conditions. For example, in the Pars Haft Tepeh Paper Project, this burner was installed outdoors on a steam boiler and works well in the high ambient temperature of Khuzestan. This project was implemented and launched in 2014 and continues to operate stably.
Since this burner has low levels of O₂ and CO, it is considered environmentally friendly. Also, due to its high efficiency and easy-to-use conditions, operators are very willing to work with this burner.
Examples:
- Kale Iraq
- Gol Kam Tabriz
- Tabriz Cardboard Sheet
- Pars Haft-Tapeh Paper
- Shir Kaleh Refinery
- Oyaz Textiles
- Mihan Holding
- Pars Paper Mill (Garma Gostar)
- Iran Tire
Features:
- Design tailored to the boiler space and environmental conditions
- Ability to install at a 90-degree angle
- Environmentally friendly (low O₂ and CO)
- High efficiency and ease of use.
- PRD burner installation projects
In notable projects, two large projects in Minoo Company and Pars Khazar Company have been launched with EW generation burners on steam boilers. These burners can be launched with three fuels: gas, diesel and mazut. This burner can be designed and installed on the steam boiler based on the space available on the site and environmental conditions and can be launched in different directions and angles.
Examples:
- Minoo Company
- Pars Khazar Company
Features:
- Three fuels (gas, diesel, mazut)
- Design and installation tailored to environmental conditions and site space
Ability to operate at different angles and directions.
ECB generation burners are burners with two types of electronic and mechanical control.
The BT300 electronic control system implemented in the Saderat Bank project was not possible to replace due to the old age of the project boilers (operated for more than twenty years) and also because the tower height was very high and these boilers were installed on the upper floor. By replacing the burners and using the electronic control system, these boilers were restarted and put into operation without the need for a full-time operator. Considering the ability to angle the burner according to the conditions of the boiler and the facility, these burners were designed and implemented specifically for the customer.
Also, in the second image, which is related to the Hermes Tabriz project, the mechanical generation of burners was used and the burners worked in a modular manner and were installed on the hot water boiler. Since the hot water boiler requires precise temperature control, these burners can maintain the temperature within the allowed and required limits with their modular flame.
Examples:
- Bank Saderat Project (electronic control) BT300
- Hermes Tabriz Project (modular mechanical generation)
Features:
- Two types: electronic and mechanical
- Ability to angle the burner to suit the conditions of the boiler and the facility
- Flame modulation for precise temperature control in the hot water boiler.
The Lina Qom project is one of the examples of installing and commissioning an EPB burner installed on a hot oil boiler. This burner has two nozzles with two fuels, gas and diesel. Due to its diffused structure, this burner has very little NOx, which is less harmful to the environment than its peers.
As can be seen in the image, the length and quality of the flame fuel can be seen from the rear sight glass of this burner; therefore, the quality of the flame combustion can be estimated and controlled through observation.
Example:
- Lina Qom project
Features:
- Two nozzle burner with two fuels (gas and diesel)
- Very little NOx emission
- Has a rear sight glass for observing and controlling the flame quality.
One of the most advanced burners available in the Iranian and global markets are the PRD generation burners, which, by installing the Lamtec system on the burner, control of fuel and combustion is carried out in a fully automated manner. As can be seen, the largest projects in Iran on hot water, hot steam and hot oil boilers have been put into operation using the installation and commissioning of these burners.
With a minimal need for an operator, these burners have practically reduced work errors to zero and, given environmental requirements, are considered an effective solution for industrial companies in reducing pollutant production. The presence of an analyzer in these systems has been able to minimize air pollution with maximum efficiency and create a special place for these burners among large industrial companies and customers.
These burners also have the ability to be flexible, angled and designed to suit the conditions of the work environment and site, and are easily applicable for the user. For example, in the Entebbe Petrochemical Project in Assaluyeh, the burner installation method has been designed, implemented and operated at 90 degrees and towards the back.
Example:
- Entebbe Petrochemical in Assaluyeh
- Takht Jamshid Petrochemical (Dabo Sanat)
- Entebbe Petrochemical
D-Aria Polymer Khomein Project (Arak Machinery) - Saipa Tehran Project
Features:
- The most advanced generation of burner
- Lamtec combustion control system (full automation)
- Low operator requirement and near zero error
- Compliance with environmental requirements
- Flexibility in design and installation
- Ability to use in hot water, hot steam and hot oil boilers.
